A 60-day money back guarantee is offered on each of GBG Vitamins and products.
This offer is good one-time per product, per Rep/Customer. All containers unused/used, full/empty must be returned and must arrive in our Vacaville office PRIOR to 60 days after shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items being returned for a refund are done at the Rep/Customer’s expense.
The processing fee/S&H is only refundable on orders that have not yet been shipped. All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 15% OR 20% on all deliveries that are refused by Rep/Customer. This fee does not apply to returns of incorrectly shipped product or unfulfilled backorders. No refunds are allowed after 60 days, nor are refunds available on closeout/discontinued/obsolete/outdated products. Items received after 60 days from shipment date for refund will be returned to the Rep/Customer at their own expense and no refund will be issued.
For reported damaged products, UPS will be contacted and a call tag from UPS will be issued. (UPS will attempt 3 pickups. This process can take up to two weeks). The item(s) must be in the original packaging with the entire original casing. No exceptions. UPS will determine if they damaged the box and if the item was packed to their specifications. All damaged items will be picked up by UPS and returned to the GBG shipping department. Upon receipt of the item, a refund or new product will be sent out. Items deemed not damaged upon inspection by UPS will NOT be returned to GBG and no refund will be issued. There are some programs provided by third parties that GBG is affiliated with and shall be honored in accordance with the third parties restrictions.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY REFUNDS BE GIVEN BEYOND SIXTY (60) DAYS.
